Demetris has been able to get my clients approved quickly, and builds great rapport with them with his excellent customer service. He understands the mortgage business and is able to educate my clients on that process. His rates are always low, and he honest. Great guy, great lender.

  We can’t speak highly enough with how incredible Demetris is. He was on top of everything. He was recommended to us from a friend and we will recommend him to everyone we know. He got us the best deal possible and is extremely knowledgeable. And this is coming from myself, as I was a Loan Officer previously and am currently an Underwriter. We will be using him for all future purchases/refinances. He’s amazing.

  Closed on our house back in December of 2019 and have been meaning to review Demetris a long time ago. Couldn’t be happier with how much I felt like I could trust Demetris, and that he was fighting for the best price on our mortgage for us. I shopped around to places like quicken loans, ally bank, and a couple others. No one really came close to the deal he got us. He continues to check up on us and stay in contact, and is always available to text or call with any mortgage questions I have. He even reached out recently to offer lower interest rates and an opportunity to refinance. Even when I’m not thinking about it, he’s looking out for us! I can’t see myself using anyone else if I end up buying another house.
