  Great little credit union. Convenient location in town, the staff are friendly and helpful and their app makes mobile banking convenient. They have very competitive rates for auto loans.

  A bank that cares about it's clients! I come into this branch every week like clockwork and in return the associates show the appreciation and care you would expect from a place that is housing your money! Highly recommend! They greet you on a first name basis and go even further when it comes to customer service! Much appreciated and will continue to bank here.

  Covid 19 has closed many of their branches which I don’t completely understand. It has made it very difficult to take care of banking needs when there are very few branches. I drove over an hour to a branch in Gainesville, to ask about applying for a personal loan. The website says you don’t need an appointment, walk ins welcome. Well that isn’t true.. when I got there she said she couldn’t see me and walked off. Thanks for making it so hard to take care of banking needs. Frustrating!

  very bad experience after registering and being in the waiting room for 1 hr for some people to arrive and attend them in 1 minute maximum they did not have an appointment or were registered very bad coordination is a Hispanic lady who is her office on the right side the first office first and last time I go there I left annoyed 😒😡😡😡😡👊🤬 unfortunately Latinos are the worst enemy of the Latino himself

  Please retrain your employees so that potential customers do not waste their time. Spoke to two different people on phone about what will be needed for accounts all for nothing.
