Andria Phillips1Had an issue with identity theft, went in to this branch but After dealing with the “relationship manager”(Sonia was her name) I assure you, once my claim is closed out I will be moving every single one of my accounts and will NEVER use Bank of America again. Worst ever!

Chris Robinson1This has to be dumbest branch I have ever been to. During covid and you have the place pack with people and worried about mask, yet everyone crammed into that tiny space. Not a single drive thru lane open. Here is an idea. If you want to keep people out of there open a dang drive thru line. Much less instead of having three people stand at the door to tell people where to go and only two teller. Why not maybe someone else jump on a till and help your customers. Absolutely poor management.

monica putka1Horrible service with this banking chain as a whole. I opened a new account with a local payroll check and the funds were placed on hold for 14 days, leaving me with no funds to feed my family. I have NEVER had this experience in 30 years of banking with multiple banking entities. Unacceptable. Will be closing my accounts as soon as the funds clear.

Rob Berry1I went to this branch of Bank of America on 04/12/2021. I had a check that someone wrote me on there Bank of America Account. I was the only one in the bank when I got there. The teller ask me if I had an account I said no she said you can take that to your bank she stated that about 5 times. she looks at the check and says they didn't put the 2nd After my name so she calls the assistant manager he says its ok she did not like that so she calls the people who wrote the check she did not like what they said so she calls the branch manager and she says cash it I am a long hair guy who looks like I'm going to a kiss concert most of the time the check was for 2400 dollars the teller was thinking what is this long hair guy trying to to cash this big of a check. I'm am some one you should not judge a book by its cover I made 84k last year the hair is just who I am.

Phyllis Pitts1HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! From the front door entrance to the teller line, the staff there are VERY confused. First of all, the marks (X's) outside the door are not 6 ft. apart. Customers are running all up on each other. The "security guard" at the front door is directing people to go in too soon. Once you're in the person at the front desk is telling you to go back out and wait in the area where the ATM machine is ( a little hole) where there are already customers. And the red squares that are on the floor that is supposed to have you standing 6 ft apart, are not 6 ft apart. And customer's are very close to each other and bumping into each other in the line at the teller window and on your way out the door. The teller that helped my husband and I was not very friendly ( Elizabeth) either. I really didn't appreciate her attitude. What an awful experience today at this location. So sad that the branch in Oakwood Ga. is closed. The staff there are so friendly and helpful. This bank or branch will never get my customer service again! As of today, my funds have been withdrawn. Hurray! Off to another bank I go!

Jonathan Hulsey1Multiple times I have cashed checks at various BOA locations and each time they make you wait to speak with a "specialist". This is purely a tactic to try to get you to open an account. They are extremely rude if you don't have an account. Seems to me they would treat potential customers well so that maybe they would be willing to open an account.

On the job5I came in when they were busy and did not know I needed an appointment. The supervisor put me on the waitlist and advise me that It would be a couple hours and to wait in the car. I went to lunch then headed back and maybe 20 minutes later I got the call that I could see someone. I was serviced by Sonya and she rocks!! Thanks to her I had a pleasant visit and I was not as stressed as I thought I would have been!

Lisa Lynn1I bank at first citizens. I love first citizens. In and out in under 10 minutes always tellers ready with a smile. I pay my rent through bank of america as this is what my landlord requested. 45 minutes later it was paid. We stood in a line out the door. It's been ridiculous every time I have been in there. And there has been times I have been told there was not a teller so I would have to come back. How can a bank run with no tellers? Oh and they are only open until 4 most days not 5 so plan accordingly. So glad i have first citizens to use. They are phenomenal. Bank of America is a joke.

Soy Shane1Horrible customer service. Not sure how this bank could even still be in business. Someone paid me with a check from this bank. The teller would not cash the check because I wasn't a Bank of America customer. She told me I'd have to wait and speak to a specialist and there was three people in front of me. Ridiculous treatment of customers. Even if I didnt have an account it would benefit BOA to treat all potential customers with top service. There is NO WOW FACTOR at BOA only the disgusting taste of pompas idiots. I waited about 10 minutes and when I saw NO ONE helping any of the waiting customers I left this joke of a bank. While 4 people were waiting for service the employees were doing nothing. Hmmmm there's your sign BOA. You have more non-account holders waiting for service than actual account holders. That shows you how bad the bank is that they'd rather stand around doing nothing than help potential customers. It should not take 45 minutes to cash a $300 check! If you are a poor soul who uses this so called bank Dump it and join a credit union. Delta Community is sooooo much better and they are attentive to all customers and potential customers!
