  Run as fast as you can away from Heather. She is the rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever had to deal with. Expect 7 am text messaging demanding you preform some task by mid afternoon or else. Expect to have to pay for services more than one because she doesn’t know what houses are eligible for certain loans.

  Wonderful company to have handle closing on your new home.   I've had a few acquaintances get work from a Heather Satchel with this company, and I must say, from their stories, she sounds condescending, rude, and uncaring of her customers. Would not recommend.
