  I have been pawning and buying musical items from Del Rich for many years. The staff is most helpful and always friendly calling me by my name. I have found them to be highly flexible and truly appreciate the military/veteran discount offered.

  Somehow found this place while passing through Davenport. There was an older lady who was very helpful. She even climbed up to get a painting down so I could look at it. An older gentleman with an accent was there also. He insisted on carefully bubble wrapping my purchase of a pair of lamps even though I told him I thought the lamps would be okay just in a box. My trip was rushed, but I hope to get back when I have more time. Much to look at.

  So many things to look at. Well organized and I got a deal on every item purchased. Owners are very friendly and customer service oriented. I will go back to purchase again.

  The one in Clinton i dont understand at all how stays in buisness because if whatever doesn't pertain to his own personal interest good luck to you in there otherwise if your in need of a dollar or maybe 2 great place to go

  We do not own that shop we just let them use our name. I know he has a lot of items there, like we do, so we have to be particular on what we buy now. The Covid has hurt our business also just like it has others. Thank you for the review. Mary

  Always stop here when in the area antiquing. They have a wide variety of items offered for sale. The staff are friendly and the store doesn't disappoint.

  Much bigger than expected and nice selection! The low rating is based off customer service. I was politely greeted by an older female worker upon entering, described the type of gift I was looking for and was told nicely that they didn't have that specific item but I was free to look around. About 10 minutes later I was approached by an older male worker who asked if I needed any help and I smiled and replied that I was just looking; I didn't feel like having the same conversation a second time with the male worker. The male worker did not return the smile and said "want to let you know we close in 20 minutes...and we are ready to go"; as if he assumed I wouldn't buy anything. I was taken aback but continued to look for a few minutes before heading towards the front door. The polite woman asked if I found everything ok and I replied that I was just leaving because the other worker said he was ready to go. I flashed her a wad of cash and said that he must have assumed that I didn't have money. The male worker came from around the corner raised is voice and confronted me by saying "so, is that not ok to say?" along with some more hostile interaction. I told the man I would be writing a review and then he ultimately claimed that he never said anything to begin with and that I was making it all up in my head. Pretty awful experience. Would not recommend visiting this place if you are a person of color.

  I am sorry this happened we do not condone treating our customers this way. I have talked to the employee involved and am positive we will not have this problem again. We enjoy having customers come in and visit and look around whether they purchase anything or not. I hope you will give us another chance if not I completely understand.   I love this place! The staff is extremely pleasant and accommodating. I get fantastic deals and the customer service is superb (items packaged quickly, carried out to the car, various payment options are offered). I have never had a bad experience here, and the antiques are wonderful. I highly recommend a visit!
