  If you live in the Delaware area, have money, and don't have an account here, there is a bridge I can sell you in Brooklyn. If you do not live with, or have family, who works or lives in the areas of interest, you can at least open an account by paying $12 annual dues to the Foundation to join the team. Best banking experience in my life. Forget PNC and other large banks, those are all out to lunch, go here instead. Their android app does not work, last I checked, but the card management app seems to work fine. They don't really answer the phone either, so just walk in and schedule an appointment. The people and policies are excellent. Small staff, nice service. I am very serious when I tell you that you WANT to take your money out of other banks and put it here instead. Sooner, rather than later.

  DO NOT BANK HERE!! I wish there was a way to just write a ZERO STAR REVIEW. This is the WORST bank/ credit union/ financial institution ever. Their employees are just horrible to deal with, rude and have no souls. I'm still waiting for the title to be sent to my new bank but they sent it who knows where and no one from DelOne will follow up with my new bank. I did this switch back in December.

  This is the Smyrna branch of Del-One FCU. I have not seen a “bank” in many years that has this level of friendly and caring staff. They have always gone the extra mile to make sure that I am not just a customer, but a very satisfied and very happy customer. From the great teller staff to the Managers and other staff, they continue to surprise me with their level of attention to my needs and just good old fashioned customer service. I use their free change counter a couple of times a week. It is a nice bonus to everything else they do for the customer.

  This is on going disappointment about this Bank. I gave up on Drive through because of slow service or the system often being down to come inside just to experience the same problem. Today I had to drive to a deferent bank to make a deposit ☹️
