Chris10 Louise1When I first moved to Delaware I decided to go with this bank. Everything was good until last year. When they updated their system they locked my grandmother out of her account for over two months. She did not have access to online banking and had to move her money to another bank. Well I still had no issues UNTIL today. I am trying to transfer money to my husband and since they took Zelle away I was going to cash app him the money. Well they put a daily limit on my own money on how much I could transfer. Ok no problem I’ll just take the money out of the atm since the bank is actually closed. Called to increase my atm limit 3 times and they still got it wrong. So now I have to wait a whole day to be able to go to a branch. A waist of my time and energy to transfer my own money. This bank is horrible. Looking for a new one A.S.A.P.

Phortunate Thomas2I've been banking here since approx. 2010. Growing into an adult I thought it was a good choice. Now I notice this bank does not benefit me even after years and millions of dollars funding this bank. I will be withdrawing funds and using a bank that values my hard owned money and me as a customer.

Justin Jackson1Del one has HORRIBLE customer service!! They never know what they’re talking about and it’s the same problem every time i talk to someone. Today was just the last straw! I called to make a payment and the lady is making smart comments and wouldn’t even here me out for anything! Always has a LONG wait time for on the phone calls and in person or I can barely get a hold of anyone. They’ve let an un-authorized user access and take money out of my account that doesn’t have access whatsoever etc. Don’t ever bank with del one!

Lennay M1I’ve had multiple bad experiences from this bank from bad customer service to getting overcharges . The online app hasn’t been working for 4 days how can they let this happen people run off of that .

Dennis Vickery Jr1I have been banking with Del-One for a few years with no problems. Recently they did some update, and it's been problems ever since. My auto payments were set up to come out on Fridays when my check was deposited. They started coming out on Thursdays, and my check started not clearing until 6am Fridays. Then I requested checks, when I went back to the bank 2 weeks later, no record of checks ordered. 2 weeks later, no checks, none ordered again. I finally received my checks, 5 days later more check, tried to pay my rent, check bounced, with 3 times my rent in my account. Now been calling Del-One for about an hour, no answer, no call back, and their live chat doesn't seem to have anyone working it. Time to pull my money out and bank elsewhere.

Samantha Baranowski1I stopped here to do shared branching, I bank out of a credit union in a different state. Most federal credit unions will allow this perk. I asked the teller for the specific slip and she tells me they don't do shared branching inside, I asked her what she meant and she told me to use the ATM outside. I was confused and confirmed with her that I could deposit cash into the ATM, she advised I could but when I went to attempt the transaction I did not have the option. She definitely had no idea what was happening and I just had a very cold experience here. Definitely won't ever consider this bank as an option for me.

Lori Dorsey1Horrible customer service. I used my debit card to make a purchase and later returned the item, however it was not credited. I called the bank to dispute explained that I have the receipt for the return. She refused to dispute said could take days when asked how many days she said she does not know. I asked to talk with a manager to which I was not given one but told to contact vendor again. They are supposed to be a local bank to help their community but refuse to help when asked. I have also filed a complaint with The Federal Reserve.

Kadesha Loveli2I went into the bank to make my car payment. I usually pay it online with my checking account from my personal bank. I did not know I could use my routing and account # in the bank to make a payment. The teller was very rude, her demeanor was not pleasant, I felt like she was trying to make me feel low. Looked at my saving account that I open with the $5 requirement) and turned to tell me I didn’t have any money lol. I asked her to replace my atm card and was rude about that . I left and proceeded to go get the money out of my personal bank and return to pay my car payment, come to find out she is a trainee. She left a very bad taste in my mouth about that branch.

Britty Lucas3What a pain in the ass this Bank can be. There were several different occasions where I cannot withdraw my money out because their system was down on their computers. I can only withdraw a couple hundred bucks from the ATM and I needed to pay my rent which was well over that. Because of this Bank I've had to pay two late fees on my rent so far having the money but unable to withdraw it out. Another thing that sucks with them is the ATMs are only local to Delaware, so if you travel get another bank account unless you like paying ATM fees. The only reason why I'm giving this bank three stars and not zero is because they allow me to go negative like $800 if I ever need it given that I have direct deposit with my paycheck. Also the people here are polite most of the time. In my opinion, I would stick to a larger Bank like Bank of America or Chase Bank.

Megan Kelley5I been a member with Del one bank for 10 years now. The branch I go to in New castle is great the tellers are friendly, the managers and reps that work in the branch are wonderful and have always been so helpful, but on Tuesday I got heart breaking news that I was denied for a holiday loan I applied for. I was very hurt and confused for I have gotten payday loans and holiday loans before and have NEVER been late or missed any payments. This was so heartbreaking because this will be the 1st Christmas I really don't know how I will make it work for my son. I am a single mom who lives pay check to pay check and really rely on this holiday loan. I pray a miracle will happen for me, for not only is it Christmas my 10 year old son turns 11 on December 19th.
