  My husband and I went into Del-one to open an account and were pleased at the great service that we received. Not that I should be surprised I am a firm believer in Credit Unions! Jelessa Williams was a absolute professional. She made one more reason that we moved into the area a charm. Thanks for all of your help and we look forward to doing business with Del-One and Jelessa smile on!

  I have been a customer with Del-One for a long time and I must say that over the years I have been very happy with the ladies in there. They have become apart of my family when ever I need anything they are always willing to help. Ms.J.Williams is awesome always kind and communicates with me very well on the things that I need to do and helps me understand the process of what I am trying to do. It takes strong people to have good customer service because we as a public are not always right nor are we always in a good mood when we present ourselves to other. So I thank Ms.Williams for all the help that she has given me down through the years. Keep up the good work and great customer service.

  I have been a member of Del One for many years and am very impressed, mostly with the customer service. Keyona and Jaleesa, as well as the other staff, do an amazing job. Today, Keyona went above and beyond helping me with some changes and upgrades to my account. She is a great member of your team....

  I recently came back to the area, and from the moment i signed in wrong, to the moment I had an issue that was potentially a massive headache and would be treated as such in any other financial establishment, Keyona, and the staff at DOFCU in Georgetown were simply astonishing, and amazing. Within the hour, my issues were smoothed out, beyond my wildest hopes for just how easy they made it for me. Keyona catered to my disability very well, and I cant tell you how much the entire experience meant to me. Through her listening to my daily issues, she suggested and helped me get the Mobile App, Online Banking and Estatements as im often out of town for my, or my childrens medical needs. If others are treating you wrong, you will not find anyone better than Keyona and the staff here. Just a fantastic place to do business, and im thrilled to be on board with Del One.

  Introduce to Del-One through a family member, had a wonderful experience at the Georgetown location with Jeleesa. Credit Unions have come a long way over the years, and anyone looking for a bank should see if you can qualify to become a member.

  Having moved from another state but still using my credit union in NY the woman in you're Seaford Branch could not get the deposits that I was making on a weekly basis. My credit union Nassau Educational Federal Credit Union called me a few times to find out what was going on. The manager of Seaford told me in confidence that her people just didn't,t understand about the multiple deposits I had to make. I went to the Georgetown Branch and they knew exactly what I needed, they are a terrific bunch, always a big hello, a smile, thanks to those people I have had no trouble with my back and because they are such a great group I opened up two new accounts as well as my wife opening one. You are lucky to have them especially Keyona (not sure of the spelling) she would make a terrific manager
