  We were referred the Caleb at the Day Team by our realtor and it was truly a 10/10 experience. Buying your first home is no small thing, but Caleb made it easy, smooth and seamless. We felt cared for and and valued. Caleb was super on top of things and always made sure we were informed and up to date on the proceedings. He took a daunting task and turned it into a simple, step-by-step process. He was timely and efficient in his communication and made himself very available for any questions we had.   I worked with Kerry on my first home mortgage. I'd heard nothing but heartaches about how a home loan would go and that it would be difficult and frustrating, etc etc. Kerry and the team were helpful, and basically held my hand through the whole process and it was as easy as signing a dinner tab. I've been happy to have them in contact for years checking in on the home, and I'm sure I'll be using them again in the future.

  From the very beginning - working with Cornerstone Home Lending and specifically Caleb Janowski and The Day Team at Cornerstone was amazing. The communication was dependable and constant - ensuring we understood what the next steps would be. He also saw to it that all necessary documents were obtained so that when we did find our new home, we could take swift action guaranteeing we would close in a timely manner!   My 3 star review should not to be interpreted as bad in any way. My experience with them was not above average compared to my experience over the years with other brokers and institutions that have a similar business. The lender was plenty tech savvy which made things easier in general. Communication was timely and responsive. I'd give them a try if you're looking for a local lender.
