  Dawn was recommended to me by our real estate agent(Antonio Cardenas, they are an amazing team), and working with Dawn has been amazing for all three loans my wife and myself have worked with her. She is always on top of everything, on our first home loan she was very patient and walked us through the entire process, she took the time to explain a lot of things that we didn’t knew at the time, she helped us move away from the fears that creep when buying a new house. She has been elemental in our real estate decisions, Dawn makes sure you understand what you are getting into and she sees things through until escrow is closed. At times she made herself available off business hours to work with us and walk us through our questions, her precision and efficiency has been a good leverage with closing times(yes, more money is not the only strategy to make an attractive offer). Weather it is your first home loan or your ‘nth one, I would totally recommend working with Dawn.   We also found Dawn through our realtor, Antonio Cardenas. They really are an amazing team. Dawn was able to make our offer on our dream home more attractive by removing the appraisal contingency and offering a fast close. We got the house, and then she managed to close the loan in under two weeks after the offer was accepted. Along the way, she was very communicative and responsive to questions. She was a joy to work with and I'm so glad we did!
