  I was a first-time home buyer and mortgage seeker. I initially went to my bank (Chase) to get a mortgage and found the lender untrustworthy. She tried to convince me to get a larger mortgage than needed, and ultimately wasn't able to give me concise answers to my questions. My realtor recommended meeting Dave, and it was a completely different experience. He explained the whole process to me in person (with his own material and whiteboard discussion), made himself available for any questions, and ultimately got a rapid turnaround on close. I was totally satisfied with Dave and TurnKey. I strongly recommend him to friends, and I would absolutely go back to him for future financing needs.
