This company constantly sends out misleading ads to prey specifically on military members and veterans. They send mailings that appear to be official documents. Attached is one example. There’s always fine print with their mailings where they have to cover themselves because they know their messages can be misconstrued. This is absolutely shameful.

Overall experience is good, definitely I will use them again in future. David’s consultation and the whole team’s communication during loan progress is excellent. I really appreciate the loan coordinator Heather. She is knowledgeable and keep the whole process smoothly and timely.al my overall service experience is great . Not 5 stars mainly due to: 1. Loan closed with target rate but with 20k more down payment than what David told me at beginning. It is understandable that bank make the decision for more down payment not David, but I would like to have a more accurate down payment estimation or at least more than final requirements from beginning , luckily I have more money this time for down payment to close my loan. 2. Due to point 1, bank reject my initial application with a counter offer, this back-and-forth make my whole loan application process one month longer than original expectation. Luckily again my home closure date get pushed out about 20days vs original date . I get loan funded the same day as final my closure day , which make me feel much more pressure .

Service was great and David is very knowledgeable! worked hard to get us the best loan possible! David and his team worked with me on two home purchases, and both went as smooth as possible. I would recommend David and his company to anyone wanting a professional team to handle the financing of their home purchase!
