      I had an exceptional experience here. My wife and I went in to buy ourselves guns. The guns were new, beautiful and very well priced. Stacey and her partner were very informative and had amazing customer service skills. I highly recommend them and will continue to buy my firearms through from them.

      Manager was really rude and actually stormed off. I ended having to pawn back a TV that I didn't even use or have for a week because I didn't buy insurance or made aware that I couldn't return item without purchasing insurance. So now the TV is back on her shelf where she'll end up making triple the pawn price when she sells it for the second time at least. Just plain rude and then wonder why someone has an attitude with her....smmfh

      Stacy sold me and my spouse our first guns. I picked a 9mm mini Glock and my spouse picked a 9mm Taurus. She was very imformative and courteous through both of our transactions. I would recommend the pawn shop for anyone looking for a great selection of firearms. They have new selections every week.

      Customer service wasn’t good at all. I went in there to sell tools and speakers. The two ladies were just talking to each other the whole time and not focusing on ringing me up. On top of that they both walked away to put a product back while in the middle of serving me. Putting away the drumsticks a customer handed back to them in the middle of our transactions could’ve waited. I didn’t feel welcomed at all and will not be going back.

      Girl with dreads referred to her self as a manager but than told me to get out of her face as I’m across the counter from her. She didn’t want to tell me her name as dude was about to finalize the sell of my items she came over there and said can you re look up the stuff so I can make sure he getting what he suppose to get. Which I had no problem with that but than she said the serial number not on the headphones so I was telling her the headphones don’t contain a serial code on there she replied smart well some headphones do. Before any of this I was on the phone taking to my friend about the Dj set because when I came in she replied this little thing Dj parties and I said yes mam it doesn’t matter the size .This lady is very rude and I don’t see how she is the manger at this branch and I will make sure I contact the owner.

      Some employees do not know what southern courtesy or even respect is for some customers, but other employees are nice, helpful, and respectful. I wanted to try and give this business another chance but they had started closing the store down almost a hour before they were supposed to close, so when I asked to look at something I had planned on purchasing the employee told me rudely that I couldn't see the merchandise because he was getting ready to close even though I had the cash in hand to buy it and there was still forty five to fifty minutes before the store was supposed to close. I wish I did not make the mistake of putting some things on layaway before I knew I was going to b treated like this. I'm left with the choice to just deal with being treated like my money isn't any good or not return and loose the money I already paid on the things I placed on layaway.

      Bought a Nintendo Switch controller from here. Doesnt work. Im guessing they dont test all of the products brought in to them. They require you to pay more for a "Peace of mind" plan if you want the "ability" to get a refund. It also says customer has had the opportunity to inspect the item before purchase. Guess i should have taken my switch, docking station, and television with me. Probably just avoid buying anything from here you cant actually test on the spot.

      Would leave a zero as well. Sorry customer service and cheap as hell. Offered me $35 for a brand new robot vaccum cleaner that's $500 in stores. If people are selling their stuff then they obviously are on hard times and need the money. Sure as hell doesn't need someone trying to take advantage of them. That goes for all pawn shops in Rock Hill. Save yourself time and go to Charlotte.

      The manager lashawnda la whatever her name is so rude. Bad customer service. Doesn't know how to talk to people. Acts as if shes better than the customers she is their for. Ive been doing business with this pawnshop for years. She will be the reason that many faithful customers are driven away. I myself have been rubbed the wrong way by her attitude. Please go back to McDonald's or wherever you got your bad customer service skills. Ive been reading the other reviews and it seems like most people where happy with the customer service until recently when she showed up. Go back to the old management. The people who work their now seem so unhappy with there jobs. Seems like they hate being their and can't wait to get it over with. Pathetic way of handling business. I'm done with this place!

      This is absolutely the worst pawn shop you can possibly go to. Staff is rude unprofessional, and do not care about the customers whatsoever. You can expect to wait at least half an hour to get anyone's attention, much less buy or sell anything. Also gun prices are well over retail and they will offer you next to nothing for a gun if you try to sell one to them. Asheid in particular is the poster child for rude and unprofessional. He does not care about anything or anyone except for himself, and all of his actions prove that statement. Make sure to steer clear of him and this store.
