  I would strongly suggest this company to anyone who is looking for any type of home loan. Ask for Kyle Satterfield because he is by far the best. We relocated from NY to TN and he answered all of our questions and explained thoroughly. We always felt like Kyle was looking out for our best interest during the recent fluctuations with mortgage rates. We will always use this company and ask for Kyle for any future home loan needs.

  I have known Mr. O'Block since the Fall of 2013 (9 years). He sold me my first home in Knoxville, TN and was very professional as well as friendly. From that experience I knew he and his team were the go to mortgage broker when I planned on moving back to Knoxville in 2021. When we talked it was like we picked up where we left off and he remembered me which made the process a professional/personal level due to our past history. He and his team were communicating at all times during the process and response were always within 30 minutes. There response rate was very important since I was buying in Knoxville, TN while living in Utah or at sea for work. In conclusion, I highly recommend Mr. O'Block and his team if you are in the market for a home in the Knoxville/Eastern Tennessee Area.

  I primarily worked with Kyle whom David promptly put me in contact with after receiving my inquiry. This was a year-long home-buying process for me. It was also my first home purchase, and Kyle was there every step of the way. He answered all of my questions and he was extremely knowledgeable. Kyle is super responsive and very communicative. I cannot sing his praises any higher. The customer service from Kyle, David, and Stephanie was top-notch! Thank you all for getting me my first home! My recommendation for this group is sky-high.

  I can't speak highly enough for everyone at CMG financial, Kyle Satterfield helped my through every step of the mortgage process from start to finish. If there was something I was unsure of or something needed changed Kyle was right on it and was quick to respond. Not to mention getting me a mortgage rate that I thought was almost impossible to get, especially in this crazy housing market that we are in.
