  I want to thank David for helping me with my refinance and saving me A TON OF MONEY. I was in the process of applying to purchase a home with another lender, but then remembered David was a mortgage broker. I met David in my travels and he had given me great advice and guidance on homebuying before. I am so glad that I contacted David. He was courteous enough to look over the paperwork I was given by the other lender and review it for me. David was blunt and told me straight out “the other lender is ripping you off” and he could do a lot better. At first, I didn’t believe it because the other loaner broker seemed so nice and I thought I was getting a great deal, I was wrong. David got to work and man did he save me. David helped me get a whole 1%, yes ONE PERCENT lower interest rate from 4.375% to a 3.375% saving me $379 a month. That’s $136,000 he saved me over the life of the loan plus the money I instantly saved by switching brokers. I cannot thank David enough and I have recommended David to everyone I know who is thinking about purchasing a home.

  David helped me refinance my jumbo loan to a 3.875% from 4.5%. We performed an exhaustive search to try to get the best rate possible. In these tough times, David was by far the best. I was pretty disappointed with the process before David entered the picture, and I feel incredibly lucky to have been able to work with him. As a nurse, it's tough for me to find the time to deal with all of these different loan places. If you value your time, I recommend you start out with David. I wish I would have.
