  After being in the industry for the past 4.5 years I have to say Mortgage Brokers like David Chandler are NOT a dime a dozen. He and his team are uniquely extraordinary! At no point did I as a Realtor, have to chase down updates on the loan or talk my buyer off the paperwork overwhelm ledge. David’s communication was professional, timely, and proactive.   I have used David on the last three of my mortgages. He is the utmost professional and provides the best service imaginable. Unlike most brokers he actually listens to you and helps you through the process by finding the best route for your needs. I work in the finance industry and know all the tricks and deception that goes along with unscrupulous lending practices. David is nothing but honest and trustworthy. I have recommended him to multiple people and will continue to do so. It should be said that I am a Vet and he knows the VA market better than anyone I have ever used. I have bought five houses and he is more knowledgeable than anyone else I have ever met with the laws and the process for this arduous process. Lastly, this time the process took over 9 months due to a divorce and David was always patient with me. In fact, he even helped me find houses that were in my price range. Ultimately I got one that was at the top end of my approval. David helped me negotiating with the other realtor to help me get it withing guidelines! What banker does that???   If there were 10 stars, I would rate David as a 10! Initially I went with another lender and things fell through due to lack of communication, David reached out numerous times to my realtor and his persistence paid off. He was there from the beginning to the end, to answer any questions I may have, day or night, he was available. As a working, single mother, this made a big difference in the choice who we decided to initiate and finalize our loan. He worked well with my realtor, he was kind and had intentions to give the best case scenario to me and my children. That's something so rare and hard to find these days. Today we sit in our new home, settled and everyone is happy! Thank you David for your assistance with the closing of our home! We appreciate all the time and effort you made for my kids and I!
