  David and his staff are amazing to work with, they are everything we were looking for in an insurance company. They were great from the beginning-- from transparent auto and homeowners quotes, to a seemless transition from our old company to State Farm, to keeping us in the loop with everything in between. When my husbands car was hit 2 weeks after changing companies they really shined through with their amazing customer service. David took the time to meet with us and go over life insurance quotes and helped us to navigate our way through the many options. I would definitely recommend David and his team for all of your insurance needs!

  I want to send a loud shout out about David Bassing State Farm Insurance in Bloomfield, NE. They always go above and beyond in meeting your needs. Because of the “OUTSTANDING” job they did and paid attention to detail I was saved a lot of money and headache. I was trying to change insurance companies and they caught an error that DMV had made. It was immediately brought to my attention and the “AMAZING” Insurance Agent, Angela Kumm walked me through what to do and stayed in contact with me until everything was resolved. I want to thank her and David Bassing Insurance for providing such a “WONDERFUL” experience. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!   My husband and I searched around to combine insurance once we got married. We called so many places! David Bassing called me and threw the best plan out on the table, everything we had specifically wanted with the best rate. No one else came remotely close! I used USAA for everything for many years and they couldn’t even get close. Fast forward a few years, we received lower monthly payments with the safe driver Bluetooth dealio that syncs up to your phones Bluetooth when you enter and start your vehicle. Two kids later we decided to take my husbands older hunting truck on a date night around 7pm away from the kids, as we’re coming around a turn, the truck made a LOUD noise and we lost power steering. Messaged David, he called us right away, he answered our questions and confirmed we had tow in our package! What a relief! He has always been kind, personable, upfront and wants to help! We won with this guy! Such a positive experience!

  Moved to the area 15 years ago and every year, insurance companies would try, but weren't able to beat the coverage I had. In 2018, David Bassing at State Farm in Hartington changed that! I'm now with State Farm, not only paying less than before, but my deductibles are lower too! Many thanks to David, Christine and Dan. Everyone should stop in. Have a cup of coffee, kick back on the reclining sofa in front of the T.V. and let them work their magic. You may be in for a pleasant surprise!
