  Having worked with The Andersen Team both personally and professionally, I can truly say that they are the absolute best in the business!   Great team to work with. Very professional and caring. We were with another mortgage company for 2 months and 3 days before closing they told us we would not be able to close. We quickly went to The Andersen Team and they were able to help us close and not lose the home we were envisioning ourselves living in for the past few months.   As a Real Estate Broker, it is imperative to find a great team around you to help ensure the transaction is flawless. One of the very most important aspects is to work with a lender that goes above and beyond, not only for our clients, but for agents as well. Dan and his team surpassed any expectations that I ever had. They are all so personable, professional, and always available when needed. From the beginning of the transaction until the end, they advise all parties involved of what part of the transaction we are in when there is a change (signature, needing documentation, etc.) There are clients that have blemished credit, and they will also work with them to get them on the right track so they are able to purchase, a few month down the line. They tell it like it is, no sugar coating, but yet very empathetic to so many clients needs. They truly listen, care and make you feel as though you are never just a number to them. This is what separates The Andersen Team from so many others. It's very rare to find this type of customer service. I also didn't even touch on the money back that the majority of my client receive. My clients are always very happy, and of course this makes me happy as well - I know my clients and myself are always in GREAT hands with this awesome team.
