  Dane Bentley and his team did a great job for Maxine and I on our home refinancing. Any items needed from us were well communicated and the portals they used for document upload made things organized and easy for us to check off. We were kept informed on our options and the progress of our funding. Dane brought an array of technological services to help ensure we had a good understanding of key assets of our deal; monthly payment difference, what savings we could expect, current state of the market, etc. etc were all communicated in clear and earnest ways (he even just got us on a new service for free which will help us understand things like current market value of our place and our purchasing power to but an investment property; pretty cool). This information helped us move quickly and lock up a great interest rate. He’s a great guy to get together with in person as well; I appreciate his promptness and presentation. Thanks to Dane, highly recommend his services.
