  I've been paying my auto loan with no problem. I don't know what people expect from a buy here, pay here situation but this financing company hasn't given me problems. All i would say is that they should do better of sending out receipts to customer's that want to know the pay off balance. And i'm glad they added the online pay feature.

  Danco Finacial has been one of my best experiences yet.Picking a car isn't ever easy.With Danco on my side step by step I have been able to enjoy my new car.They have assured me they have my back.Answering every question and helping anyway possible. It has been a pleasure!!! Thanks,Danco

  I got a car through them when my life and credit where really bad. I don't understand all the complaints about this place. It's not their job to call and remind you when your payment is due. If you're adult enough to sign then just make your payments. Yes you will pay over what the value of the car is worth but what do you expect from a place that deals with people who have less then great credit.

  This financing company is a JOKE. I dont receive any invoices or correspondence whatsoever. Most companies send an invoice showing how much you're late or any fees associated with you're account. I admit i have been late with my car note but we all need help at times. I was late because i lost my job and now that i have one it has been hard trying to get caught up with this bill. Anyways I called in to make my payment and this female said my car note was late. The representative said a $25 late charge would be added to my account. $25 late charge is ridiculous. Anyways i told her i didn't have the $25.00 and she told me she had to put me on hold to speak with someone. I'm so happy my car will be paid off in OCT. I will never fiance with another HOLE IN THE WALL place again!!!!!!

  The best company to work with. However if you're 3days late of your payment they will cut your car off. I lost my job so I was homeless & my husband had left me all alone. I was living in my car. I didn't have any money to pay the car note. I was a moth behinde & they help me out alot. My first paycheck I had made a payment however I didn't have enough to pay the wole thing mostly of it so they let the remaining balance roll over to next month payment. That was a week from the day i had paid my car note. My check was very low so i couldnt make an payment at all. I not even an month behinde only 2days behinde & they cut my car off. My car is at my job right now & i do not have transportation to get home. My credit isnt well enougg for me to get a loan. Now i dont know what to do. Every time i call & speK with someone they seem to always get an attitude because i said i would have they payment on that date but dont due to my check. I can not control life or the pay scale for my employer pays me. Im stranded at work and my car is about to get towed. However my Mother-in-law Nadine Jackson be 2months behinde & they dont cut her car which I don'ti lib e a pused04/30/2018 2:161pm

  Yes, you are going to pay more with Danco. They are taking a risk on folks with very poor credit. You are paying more due to your mistakes in the past. That all being said.. I will not return because folks there are clueless at what they are doing. They just want to get you off the phone. The only one there I trust is Carlos. He is the only one that talks to you like a real person.

  I’ll never use a place like this to again!! I got a vehicle that I changed my mind about and they would not trade or even come pick the vehicle up. At least not until after it had been 3 months so they could call it a repo! Now 6 years later my wages are being garnished for some deficiency balance.

  I’ve been working with Danco Financial for over a year now and I’ve had my ups and downs forever Danco has always been more than accommodating when able!! Ms. Rianna is absolutely amazing and I appreciate her beyond understanding!!! She deserves a raise!!!

  Carlos is very disrespectful and unhelpful... I called asking for the buyout of my car and he belittled me over the phone.. Giving me a offer that defeats the purpose of me asking for the buyout.... And for the record I signed for 16,000 dollars at Car dealership.. and it turns out my car is 24,000 for a car that was 7,000 in cash... and only 244 dollars is going towards my car note, So could you tell me and my lawyer where the other 179 dollars are going. Because odds do not add up this message is too Carlos.. Thank you ! Joshua walker

  After reviewing this call, I would have to respectfully disagree with this review. Being told no on an offer to pay off the balance is not being disrespectful or unhelpful. Carlos offered several discounted payment plans that we could accept with a large principal payment up front. We nor any other lender can not simply take anything offered to pay off a car loan.
