  They bought a keyboard off of me for $25 because I needed the money due to bills and they said it’s only worth that much. I go in the store the other day and see it’s for sale for $60. I don’t recommend selling to them because they will give you the lowest price and sell it for a fortune. I will never sell to them or buy from them.

  Second time we have bought a computer at Dan's. First time was a laptop for my nephew, and this time a desktop. They worked a reasonable deal with me. I have it set up to check out, but can't access it because I forgot to get the login. Be sure to get that before you leave! 🤪

  Dans pawn shop has given me a new appreciation for pawn shops. They were very patient with my 11 year old son as he was working saving his money and making his own phone calls to them regularly. They went out of there way to call us when what he was looking for hit the floors. They went above and beyond with him on several occasions. Thank you for making this an enjoyable experience for him and we will be visiting again!!!

  Went to Dans today to work out a trade for a Nintendo switch and they bent over backwards to help me get one. Thank you guys so much! Great staff and very friendly and knowledgeable. Worth the visit.

  Mike has been outstanding throughout this entire covid thing. He has offered curbside service for payment on my loan. He has always been friendly and done his utmost to provide excellent customer service. I appreciate him and will continue to do business with them in the future. Thanks Mike!

  The tall guy in Dan's pawn wanted to give me $40 a piece for 3 brand new gateway s 10 notebook laptops that I paid $319 for they have never been powered on boxes have never been opened I was only trying to get $200 Mabey $150 for each but not $40 each that's a joke him and his pawn shop is a joke he knows he can sell them for more then that I don't recommend doing business with him he's sorry trash guy that wants something for nothing and turn around and make more from it

  It's insane how many of these negative reviews don't understand how a business operates. I've been in to get a loan on several items. The process is pretty quick, concise, and they're very professional. It's a pawn shop, people; they're here to make money, and it depends on the quality and condition of what you bring in. Take care of your items, and they might offer up to 30%, but don't bring in garbage and expect a miracle. I enjoy speaking with the staff, and they store any items I've loaned them safely. I've never reclaimed my item to find scratches or damages on them.

  This place was not good the people that works in this pawnshop is very rude. We standing in front of this guy behind the counter doing nothing looking at the computer not interested to help us and he told me just wait to the other person to help me and then we waited for about 5 mins. And told us they have to closed actually look like they kick us out this is horrible experience .they where closing early and not helping the customers inside the store and locked the door. 1/4/2021 Cash America employees don't act like this people in Dan's rudeness I guess they don't want my business. 😷🤨👎👎👎

  Very poor business practices. They were trying to sell a very used Nintendo Switch Lite for $199, in which I showed them that, this is the price for a NEW one. Without saying a word, the lady behind the counter just shrugged and didn't say a word, letting me know she was unwilling to negotiate. $80 for 50rounds of 5.56; when AA tactical down the road charges $30 for 50rounds. I'd avoid this place. You can tell the staff don't care at all about their customers and are only in it to squeeze whatever money they can out of you. Y'all need to change your ways; make your prices fair and be willing to negotiate a purchase. That's the whole point of business.

  Shopped here 3 times and 2 out of the 3 times theyre equipment they sold was defective. I didnt purchase a warranty so they wont offer an refund or a trade in... they should have a return policy within at least a week. I tried to return it the very next day and no luck . I took leave from duty to get this project done in my house and they have set me back two days and now I have to go spend extra money to purchase a brand new product hindering my budget... I will not be shopping here every again!!!
