  This process was excruciatingly PAINFUL. I was told my loan officer would be Michael Brown, who I never spoke with. I began a re-finance the 1st week in August and closed on Thanksgiving. The process was long, complicated, and confusing. Correspondence was sent in multiple times. My loan was sold off before the 1st payment due date, making it difficult to even make my 1st payment. Their marketing is on point, their customer service is terrible. Dont be fooled by the "Dave Ramsey" validation.

  Amanda was great. Super patient, fun to work with and made herself extremely available to us throughout the process. It can be a little scary buying your first home but I felt very supported and confident in the process thanks to her help. High recommend!

  Bill was very kind and helpful but more importantly he listened. He always gave the best advice for my refinance. He made sure the process was easy for me as well. Communication was never a problem. He was always prompt and easy to talk to. If I didn’t understand something he would explain as many times as I needed to make sure I understood the entire process.

  Josh and I have had to deal with paying for our choices in our 20's well into our mid 30's withbad credit and debt. When we thought we might have it good something would pop-up and than we felt defeated as adults. We were gifted, by my parents, to attend a Dave Ramsey Class where we strengthened our knowledge in budgeting and paying off debt. Over these last few years of snowballing our debt we decided to see if maybe JUST MAYBE we were able to get approved for a home loan with a hopeful credit improvement. My parents are using Aaron Callahan for refinancing their home and they recommend him to us because of his efficiency and service. When we first chatted with Aaron he made us feel like anything was possible, even with still working on debt and still trying to improve on our credit! Aaron, seriously worked whatever magic he had, and was able to get us approved for a home loan and Josh and I were floored! From the moment he said he got us approved epic things kept happening. Whatever house we looked at he made sure to take all the steps properly to see if the house would be a good financial fit for us. Once we found "the house" boy did he go above and beyond! Aaron doesn't just take care of his clients but turns them into family and makes sure he finds loans that will benefit his clients in the long run! Through the process of the application, escrow, inspection, and everything in-between he was patient, on top of it, and understanding!
