  I was travelling through King George on a long distance trip, car went into limp mode. I told Chuck and Lou the dealership said it's possibly the throttle body wiring harness, they refuted that,cleaned my throttle body, then cleared the code. That poor diagnosis got me 50 miles down the rode, before I had to get car towed 200 miles back home. I called the garage 3 days in a row for a refund or even a portion, and they refused because they feel they did their job. Really sad

  When I left my car here for an Inspection and brake job, I had 2 stickers on my rear window representative of my personal opinions and beliefs. When I got my car back, my window display had been defaced, covered up with stickers expressing opposing views. I felt almost threatened by this, and waited till I could have someone with me to go back and ask them about who had done it. After he asked around, the guy told me that several cars in their lot were "sticker bombed" on 4th of July... plausible deniability I guess but the vibe I got from there made me think they all had a "Good Ol' Boys" laugh together after I left. At least, he did apologise and scrape off the stickers. Whoever did it, wasted about $10 worth of stickers, "sticker bombing" several cars in random lots must be an expensive hobby.

  We have a 2001 Camaro and I count on their expert advice to make necessary repairs without fixing nice to have but unnecessary repairs. All repairs have been done right the first time at a fair and reasonable price.

  really bad experience, they will nickel and dime the customer if you do not know what the problem of the vehicle. I have work in a shop and an ASE certified tech my self but they will let you drive your vehicle without proper functioning brakes. they did not even inform me that I don't have brakes till I paid grab the keys and about to drive off. talk about liability and road safety. I am normally a nice guy but for someone who serves and in a tight situation they could have at least taken care of our military who is in need, which is the only reason why I could not fix the vehicle my self.
