  I've experienced poor customer service on multiple occasions, and find their in store selection to be poor. I reccomend High Caliber Pawn in Long Beach for firearms. Better prices and MUCH better customer service. However, I put that aside when I saw a craigslist ad for a very nice item, advertised by Dad's. I visited twice to inquire about it....told both times that I needed to come back when the "internet sales" guy was around. That is not listed in the ad....just store hours and location. Both times the sales staff was unable to help me, and seemed bewildered when I asked about the item. Seems like an odd way to run a business. No desire to help a customer at all. Last time I will set foot in this business.

  my favorite store on the coast. employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. they have the best prices on the best selection of used merchandise. best selection of firearms on ms. gulf coast. prices on new guns are literally 10% over cost.

  The best selections and prices!! Their markup is half of every other gun store. Their staff is very knowledgable and dependable. If you don't give these folks a good review we understand... They are so busy, and you can't stand it!! Thank you Dad's super pawn!!

  Just bought my mosin nagant 91/30. I'm overjoyed. Getting into mil surp firearms so I'm hoping I'll be able to get my collection started.

  If you are looking for a firearm there really is no reason to go anywhere else. They have lots to choose from and are reasonably priced.

  Ha placed a firearm on layaway about two weeks ago and I came back to get the gun today in my Wu Tang clan T-shirt, I get up to the counter the attendant takes my id after I’d told him what I was there for and the guy walks away and comes back thirty seconds later saying “ I want to sell you this gun, but you’re shirt has drugs on it( it had a pot lead on it)” he babbled on about the DEA and “Drugs” and guns etc,needles to say they’ve lost that purchase and any in the future. As a law abiding citizen I don’t appreciate being discriminated against for something as simple as clothing. Dads is overpriced as it is, I’ve shopped at high caliber pawn in Long Beach and it was a night and day different. Save your money and go elsewhere.

  If i could give negative stars I would. The other day I took a laptop in which I had pawned previously elsewhere for $150 and was told they could only do a courtesy loan of $25 on because it was not apple and they would be lucky to get $100 for it. The next day I drove back to Pensacola and was able to pawn my computer for 160. I will never reenter this pawn shop

  Mrs Joanne cashes my checks from work several times a month. I also use their nexis card that can be reloaded and used as a debit visa. Every lady at the check cashing counters are very friendly and make things easy and quick for you. Mrs Joanne has gone over and beyond for me. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thanks, Zandra

  Sent two firearms there for a FFL Transfer and when I went to pick them up they were trying tonchrge me $40 per transfer when its 25 everywhere else. I would have sent them to another local FFL if I knew dads superpawn was going to proce gouge on transfer fees ...ridiculous

  I was considering coming to Dad's to take a look at the guns you have there, but after the condescending person you let do your segment on Shop South Mississippi just today, I think I'll give it a miss. At first I was impressed with his knowledge of the guns on offer but from there it went downhill. It seems he thinks that all us "ladies" are interested in is sparkly jewelry and apparently we "could care less" about the guns and they should be left to the guys. Poor Jim Tabor tried to put him straight, but he just bumbled on about how they "carry as much jewelry or more as firearms" for us women. And us ladies just look at them and say (in a high pitched voice) "oh its just gun stuff, lets get our husbands hunting stuff". But fear not, we're just there for the jewelry in his opinion!!! Who the hell is in charge of the PR down there! Talk about discrimination. Pretty poor show, it was excruciating viewing!!
