  Always a pleasure and super friendly and helpful! Love dealing with Cynthia, Logan and Crissy! They are always so willing to go above and beyond to make things right and are amazing at communication!   I absolutely love this office, everyone goes above and beyond. After selling my car and going on a policy with my husband I had to cancel my policy, but was able to convince him State Farm (and this office) was who he should switch to. Logan did a fantastic job getting us a great quote and making the process super simple. I have never been disappointed with the service or coverage.

  Cynthia Shifflett's office is great. I asked for a quote and was floored with how much we would save by switching to State Farm for even more coverage then we had. I thought I would have to wait another month before i could cancel the other policy, but nope it was all done it the same day.

  Cynthia and her staff have been my insurance providers for over 20 years now! I started with this team when I lived in the area back as a poor high school student! I've lived in several different regions across Virginia and have always kept my auto, homeowners, and even ATV / UTV insurance policies with this office. Just this afternoon Logan helped me out and tolerated my millions of questions while adding a UTV to my policy. Thanks as always to the wonderful staff here. I literally enjoy making a call to this office because I know that I will always be received well and have a prompt resolution to the concern at hand!

  I started out using Cynthia Shifflett for just our car insurance. They gave us the best quotes for the lowest premiums, so it was naturally an easy decision! Little did I know just how AMAZING this agency is!! Soon after, we switched homeowners insurance over to them too. When we started our business, we went right to them! Logan has been phenomenal to work with! She is very knowledgeable, fast, easy to communicate with and very responsive to what I need. I couldn’t have chosen a better insurance agency!!!
