  I personal would like to let you know what a great bunch of ladies Taylor and the other ladies that work at the bank in Richmond Kentucky on keeneland they were so nice to me I was having a issue with my debit cards Taylor she knew exactly what what to do about it they were so patiently with me fixed what was wrong and to make sure that it won't have that problem again .you are so lucky to have people like that in your workplace working for you.again I want to say thank you.

  I have banked with a few different banks in Madison County , one was so so and the other was horrible customer service. I switched to CNVB about a month ago and couldn’t be happier. The customer service I get from the North Richmond Branch really goes above and beyond! So happy to make the switch and close out the other banks. Especially Evelyn at my new bank, she really makes us feel welcomed every time we walk in.

  I’ve been banking for over 35 years and without a doubt the staff at the North Richmond location is far above anyone else I have done business with. All other banks should strive to reach the level of customer service that these people provide.

  I have done all my banking with CVNB for over 20 years! Love the staff and how well they take care of my financial needs! Their staff is super friendly and helpful!

  Do not go to this bank went negative once just two days ago and they charged me 230 dollars there just taking your money if I had a choice either way I feel like the banks shouldn’t be able to take money from you at all but these guys just stole from me so I would cancel while you have a chance.
