  As a first time homebuyer moving from out of state, Chip was recommended to me and I'm so glad he was. Not only did he have the best rates, but he is a great partner in a difficult market. Local realtors prefer having local lenders, and Chip is well-known. He made the entire process so easy and truly went above and beyond in making sure I was able to get into my first home.   Chip and Custom Mortgage Services made our home refinance incredibly easy and fast. Best part, they secured a loan rate so low, we were able to reduce our mortgage term from 30 to 15 years without increasing our monthly mortgage.

  I closed my refinance with Custom Mortgage. From the initial contact to the day after closing, I worked with Chip as a single point of contact. My calls and e-mails were returned immediately. I shopped numerous banks and brokers and none of them could touch the rate/closing costs I received from Custom Mortgage. It’s obvious these guys have been in business for a long time, they know the business very well. I would highly recommend you call Chip or Brian before deciding on a lender, you’ll save a bunch of money!!!

  The most knowledgeable person I have ever worked with for refinancing my mortgage. Whole process was so smooth and Travis did an amazing job throughout that time. He not only provided me best rate but also made sure to make the closing in timely fashion. He is the guy for anyone who want good rates and smooth process.
