  One word "Unbelievable"! Our situation was extremely unique and difficult to say the least. We just about gave up on buying a second home due to lenders saying it can't work for different reasons. Our realtor gave us Chuck's number at Custom Lending and away he went. Chuck coached us to a 60 point increase in our credit score (660 to 720), got us qualified for a program Colorado offers, all in 30 days from contract to closing. We ended up with a Conventional loan at 2.99% and very little in closing cost due to the program Colorado offered. We went from total disappointment to owing our second home after we made that call to Chuck at Custom Lending. Do not let these big banks say you can't. Contact Chuck at Custom Lending and know you can!

  Just had the BEST experience with Erika, Chuck, and Craig at Custom Lending. I found a home right before it hit the market and these amazing people got me in the house in less than 30 days. They were the best part of the whole transaction. I had a horrible broker and they were knowledgeable and available through the entire process answering any and all questions I had. Wouldn’t use anyone else.

  The staff at Custom Lending are very detailed when going over your credit with you. They explained every single credit card, payment, and even explained what each code meant so we can better understanding our own credit. Thank you Erika and Craig for explaining our options on what we need to do to get good credit and purchase our first home. I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a home to go through them first. They will break it own to you and keep it real like Craig did!
