  Credit Union Acceptance Company has always been a joy to work with. They try to provide the most competitive rates and deals for their clients and I would strongly recommend them to everyone. They have some of the easiest loan officers to talk to in regards to your housing or auto needs. They are not Credit Acceptance Corporation that services their own loans by putting GPS trackers on their clients vehicles, so please remember that before you post a bad review. They do not service any loans, take payments, or repossess any vehicle. Keep up the great work!

  Great staff, great customer service, and always willing to help both current Credit Union members and new members out during the car buying process. A perfect additional finance outlet for dealerships to provide their customers with multiple credit union options instead of the traditional larger "big box" financial companies. Also gives customers throughout Louisiana access to being Credit Union members when they might have not had that opportunity in the past. No other Indirect Lending company like CUAC out there that has competitive rates, A+ customer service, and an exceptional loan portfolio.

  In my experience with Credit Union Acceptance Company, their focus on customer service is very refreshing. They helped me with the preapproval process which made car shopping a lot less stressful and they found the best financing options with an appropriate credit union.   I have been fortunate to utilize the lending services of Credit Union Acceptance Company twice in the past 6 years. The first time I worked with their staff, they approved my loan for a 2003 Hummer. They provided good terms and great service. The second vehicle was for a new Honda Pilot. I contacted their office, spoke with Tiffany and she directed me to their site so that I could complete the application. It was quick and easy. Within 10 minutes Tiffany emailed my pre-approval. I printed the pre-approval and went straight to the dealer. No problems. Will definitely use them again. BTW, don't make the mistake my wife made. She thought she was calling Credit Union Acceptance Company but ended up calling Credit Acceptance Company. These are two different companies.

Approaching 20 years of experience, CUAC can assist many different types of Credit Unions (large and small) with indirect auto lending. CUAC will give your Credit Union an overview before you begin, giving recommendations and what to expect when entering the program. This degree of transparency is most valuable for new clients and sets the stage for long trusting business relationships. I highly recommend based on client satisfaction and overall professionalism.

  Painless car buying experience working with Credit Union Acceptance Company through my local credit union. Purchasing a vehicle can be intimidating but I walked in with an approval from my credit union and out with a new car financed at my credit union at the rate and terms I wanted.   When I was ready to buy a new car I decided to go ahead and get my financing in line before I went to the dealership. The staff at CUAC was very helpful and quick to respond. I really feel like they worked to get me the best deal possible and I have never been happier. I highly recommend them!!

  This lender company is very elitist and requires that everyone have a credit of 770 and above, in reality it's a front company serving the elite only, with a real bad customer service..

  The company as a whole is very dishonest. The executive VP, VP of lending and credit manager are not trustworthy. They will work you to death usually without breaks and schedule you to work every Saturday. There is no communication between departments and is discouraged by management because they do not trust their employees. Emails are constantly sent out by upper management to discourage you and point out your mistakes. They will promise their employees a fair review period but instead move the people they want to keep to other departments within the organization and let go of the employees they feel make too much money or not fit their culture. Vacation/ time off will consistently be declined or moved because they are constantly under staffed. The turnover is high especially in funding . Temps are a norm and employees are micro managed. This company is not recommended as a good place to work.

  I've been working with CUAC for the past twelve years and I can't say enough about the friendly, prompt and professional service they have always provided. I truly enjoy working with this indirect lending company and the staff have always been most helpful when I have reached out for assistance. I have personally dealt with Kurt Howard, Bill Grzelak, Latonda Renfro and Mike Garland... all outstanding CUAC representatives!!!
