  Convenient location if you live in Puna and drive to Hilo. I use the atm and sometimes I go through drive through. Never had to wait that long, always get quick friendly service. I don’t know why other reviewers have a problem- maybe during peak hours there’s a line. I don’t know.

  Avoid this credit union. We tried pulling money out of our 2 year olds bank account because we are transferring banks and apparently due to “inactivity” they were taking funds out of her account. Not sure why you would penalize a 2 year old for account inactivity. They claimed they sent us letter but we did not receive it. We had a couple of hundred dollars in our daughters account and they only had about $40 left. Really what’s the point of saving money if they are just going to steal it from you much less a 2 year old.

  Drive thru banking - 25 minutes and counting... - unbelievable. 45 minutes. That's how long it took to make a deposit and a withdrawal. 45 minutes.

  I wish I could give zero stars. Absolutely worst banking service I have ever received. They should have criminal charges filed against them.

  Will not let you use their restrooms even if you have multiple accounts. At least there's McDonald's five minutes away

  Good place to keep your money ,also if you fill out a paper they might give you money that you have to pay back .
