  Buying or refinancing a house can be a stressful process. Crystal made our experience stress free. There was consistent communication, explanation of the next steps, check ins and follow ups. She even ran a few spreadsheet scenarios so we could decide what would be the best financing for our situation. It's highly unusual for a mortgage lender to go the extra mile.   Crystal was a first-class expert and guided us through every step of the way when we refinanced our home.
