  Brandon Shaw is hands down the very best realtor around! With an unmatched work ethic, we never had to wonder where we were in the process of buying a new home and selling our existing home. He communicated consistently and was extremely knowledgeable about the process from cradle to grave! A true professional! I cannot recommend him highly enough or I would give him 10 stars!!!!

  Brandon was absolutely great to work with! He always answered right away, and helped us with any questions we had! He got us in contact with inspector and insurance agent without us having to do the research to find them! He also always kept us updated on what we needed to do and what to expect! Even though the buying market is CRAZY right now, Brandon made the process very easy for us! We 100% recommend him!

  Purchased a home in February..unable to move in due to water damage before the 1st payment.. finally repaired the roof.. now refuse to complete the interior..in the process with attorney. Unable the name at this present time..

  Hello Paul, my name is Brandon Shaw I am the broker at Crye Leike Properties Unlimited. I am sorry for your negative experience. We have been proactive In getting this issue repaired for you. The Roof has been completely replaced in the area where the issue is, we are working diligently with the roofer to get this resolved since it does fall under their warranty. Unfortunately we are not licensed roofers ourselves, but I can assure you we are working hard with the roofer to get this resolved.As far as the interior sheet rock, we are working with a sheet rock specialist and getting a time frame as to when he can complete the inside. We wanted to be sure that the leak was resolved completely first. We have been in direct communication with you all since the issue started.   Brandon Shaw is the best realtor we have ever used. He is willing to put his life on hold to make sure that you live in your dream house.   I worked with Jerome when I wanted to buy a property and again when I wanted to sell a property. I don't think he stops working - I would get texts and emails about offers late at night and early in the morning - he always wanted to make sure that I knew immediately when anything was happening. When I had questions, he had answers, and in the off chance he did not have answer, he got one. He has a great network of people that are handy to know as well. Clearly an experienced and knowledgeable realtor and got the job done! I HIGHLY recommend working with Jerome at Crye Leike if you are looking to buy or sell.

  My wife and I were riding down the road in Columbus, MS and saw a Crye-Leike sign with Rick McGill’s name on it. We really liked the house and I said, “well I know Rick, though it’s Saturday (or Sunday) let’s just call him and ask about it.” Well sure enough, and unexpectedly he answered the phone. He was a wealth of information! We are moving back to Columbus and buying the house. Rick McGill/Crye-Leike Realtors has been so valuable In providing us with everything we have needed from home inspection, contract work that may be required, cleanup, mortgage loans, etc. I also know he is taking good care of the home owner as well. He has advised us when he thought we may be asking a bit much. There is no wonder Crye-Leike is #1 in Columbus. I truly believe I can continue to count on Rick’s support and advice long after the Closing. I highly recommend Crye-Leike Realtors in Columbus,MS.
