  Jeff Mcgrath is incredible to work with. I was referred to him by my parents as my lender of choice and I will never deal with another lender as long as I own a home.   From our first sit down, to our actual closing experience, Crown Mortgage and Mr. Coole made buying our new home the best experience! The ability to close in 15 days gave us the most desirable bid on a house that had several offers. My husband and I knew we were in competent & secure hands, and still feel very happy with Crown's customer service and care. Even AFTER our closing, Crown has been prompt to answering any and all of our questions in a timely and courteous manner. Thanks to Crown, and Jeff, we are in our forever home!!

At the starting stages of my buying process Jeff brought me into his office for 2+ hours to go over the basic details with me because he could tell via phone call that I wasn’t understanding the full process. After that meeting I was so much more comfortable with knowing how the rest of the process would go. Jeff was there for me from beginning to end and has still continued to answer all of my questions with a smile. I highly recommend Jeff Coole to anyone looking to get a mortgage.
