  I would like to add this review. We try our best to sell the best trucks we can for the price. We specialize in financing people and business owners with bad credit. Unfortunately not all the people that come to our dealership are good people. We still do the best we can to get them approved for financing so they can buy the truck that they need. Crown Auto Is solid. We have been at the same location for 11 years we are one of the few Independent dealers to own there dealership outright. We do get offended by people that make up stories about our dealership and place bad reviews that are not true or one sided. There is a good reason why we have so many old and repeated customers. We go the extra mile.

  I was looking for a truck when suddenly I found a friend of mine who introduced me to Crown Auto & fleet Services that he had bought a truck from them. I liked a truck from here. Then I got that truck at a very cheap price. ThanksThat's why I'm reviewing this business because I'm fully satisfied. Thanks 👍

  We live in Ocala, and had several options close by but, chose to drove to crown auto and fleet services because of the ease of working with dealership. The price we were looking for and expedited the deal without any headache.

  Called last week about a flatbed. A guy man named Mitchell gave me information on it. I came in to see the truck on my way to work and there was a lady there that knew nothing. She was short and negative with me and another customer that was there. I don't do reviews but reading other bad experiences about her and this business is necessary. Everyone that has a bad experience, do a review. Let's shut this place down. I crawled under trucks and saw rust as well as oil in the reservoirs. They don't have good customer service one bit. The owner should reflect off the reviews and do something rather than give smart a$$ answers covering up problems. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere where you will be treated right.

  Google needs to look into theses bogus reviews. This not a customer this is a friend of an ex-employee. We flag garbage reviews like this. Google doesn't always respond in a positive way.

  Horrible customer service. Unseeviced vehicles that are flooded. When calling about a vehicle Howard decided to down my husband because I have everything in my name. So therefore my husband obviously doesn't have a job or a right to look at vehicles he is trying to sell. I will never contact them again for anything. I make plenty of money to purchase what I want.

We dealers that have been in the business for many years understand there are haters and jealous competition that play theses game. We have been in business over 40 years and still going strong. Most of our good customers are hard working business owner and don't have the time to wast writing reviews . Thank You for understanding. We love our clients and have many repeat and referrals from satisfied people

  I gave this establishment a five star Rating because it is just that! I have to say there was No-pressure, I didn't feel rushed, they are Trustworthy & They listened to me, and what I wanted and needed and made everything Quick and painless — the dealership made the process easy It was Quick and clear communication (in email and in-person)No games! Final price was exactly as negotiated (no last-minute surprises) and everyone was Professional and polite the Owner Howard and the salesperson (I cant remember her name) were so Attentive to my needs and everyone that walked up got the same attention. They went above & beyond — making sure I got the specific truck i wanted and even staying after hours for me to resolve issues I was having with my insurance. I highly reccomend Crown Auto for all your Truck Car and Fleet needs. We will be back soon when it's time to buy my son a truck!

  What a pleasant experience I had at Crown Auto, I have purchased multiple vehicles from Howie and they have all turned out great. The guys at Crown have always helped me get a great monthly payment I can afford and backed up all that they have sold me and getting financing was a breeze. The selection of vehicles is second to none and the friendly treatment is awesome. I will definitely be recommending Crown to all my friends and family.
