  Took in some old scrap gold. I received 2x the offer here then i did at 2 different places. I was more then surprised at how fairly my items were valued. The shop worker was very respectful and friendly. Overall I had a great experience and now will be a regular customer at this establishment.

  I was pretty disappointed. For all the we buy guns and gun store branding I went pretty far out of my way to visit this place. However when I went in they had one handgun and two rifles. Guns aside the shelves were shockingly bare. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because the guy working the shop was friendly but other than polite company there was no reason whatsoever for me to go in there and I love pawn shops. Lol @ the reply... Good business to have nothing in the shop when people are looking to buy...

  Ordered from Tony online. My items arrived within a few days (Michigan) and very well packaged. There was a slight issue with one of them. I contacted them and they listened to my concerns and very graciously worked out a deal with me. Great amount of respect for them having the integrity and patience to work with me on this.   I’ve been trying to go to this store for a week now every time I go it’s during their business hours and the store is still closed with a note on the door saying they return in 2-3hours.

  Came her a few times to pawn. Always seemed nice and accommodating. Was 4 days late to pick up this last time. Never got a call. Items were already pulled and on the shelves. I asked if I could just pay 2 months of payments to get them out. He said, “nope they are mine now!” How much are you offering to buy them from me?” Everything said and done I paid $200 on what would have been a $70 pickup. Called around to a bunch of places. Almost everyone will give a grace period and let me just make a regular payment to get there items back. I am never coming back here and I would advise everyone to stay away!

  Mr Ferguson was called but stated when he came in that he was out of town and his number had changed. Mr Ferguson's items were not a few days late they were 2 weeks past the 40 day grace period. No pawnshop would have held the items as long as we did. We sold the items back to Mr Ferguson for way less profit than if we had simply kept them. In fact we lost money trying to accommodate Mr Ferguson. Mr Ferguson is simply mistaken. We help whenever we can but if we don't hear from you then you have to understand this is a business not personal.

  Terrific shop! I've gotten my last 2 laptops there for work and have been very happy with the appearance of the store AND the professionalism of the staff. THIS IS NOT YOUR TYPICAL PAWN SHOP. Quality used merchandise at very fair prices. 5 Stars

  This place has newer stuff that is like a retail store but the prices are great. Seems like low inventory but you can see why they sell inexpensively and on point for their items. They dont negotiate much bu they dont have too. If your looking for a shop with stuff stacked deep and overpriced to encourage negotiations this ain't the place. But if you want nearly new stuff at better prices check em out. I have bought alot from them if I want it and they have it it's a no brainer. The owner is a great guy too fun to talk too older guy lots of stories.

  Do not waste your time here. I saw good reviews so stopped in to sell a hp notebook and 10inch tablet and the clerk snickered and said he cant do anything with them? There was a shovel, a shovel, sitting on one of the many empty shelves for sale but he refused to buy my electronics?? Understand now why it was so empty in there.
