  The whole team has been fantastic while we’ve been house buying, every question we’ve had they’ve either had the answer to or found out quickly.   It’s easy to get a Mortgage, but once they have your business they will never return your phone calls or emails. The only way to contact them is to wait on hold for hours at a time. I will never use this company again.

  I am a first time homebuyer and was extremely nervous about the process as I didn’t know how any of it worked. CrossCrountry Mortgage made every step of the way so easy and stress free. From the very beginning Adam Crosley returned my call on a Sunday when I was scrambling to find a pre-approval letter. From there on every step of the way was paved out for me and so easy. Roxanne was absolutely wonderful giving updates every week and would respond immediately to any questions I had. I can’t say enough about the Crosley team. They honestly made the home buying process a very simple, hassle free, and exciting experience. Anyone looking to purchase a home should consider CrossCountry Mortgage.

  Most of the team members at this company are downright amazing! Harrison was the absolute best, and I recommend everyone go see him! Our first initial loan processor was horrendous. She was terrible at responding to our emails/questions and ultimately pushed our file back to close a month later. Roxanne took over and has been AMAZING ever since. If only we got to work with her from the very beginning! Adam was great in giving us a courtesy call to apologize for the huge inconvenience the first loan processor had caused. Overall, if it hadn’t been for the huge hiccup, this would’ve been a speedy process!

  My case was especially complicated, and Team Crosley - Dana, Stella, Adam...all worked above and beyond to get all the paperwork together and submit it into multiple places. It took awhile because I changed programs right in the middle of the process, but they never gave up on me. They were patient and persistent, and we got a good rate for me, despite so many obstacles - including a pandemic which precluded any contact other than phone and computer. Bravo, guys! And thank you! I'm in my new dream spot, working on renovations. I appreciate all you do, and the friendly, helpful manner in which you do it! Thank you! Betsy
