  Gary Roberts / CCM helped my wife and I refi our primary mortgage, and a mortgage on a 2nd property, into 1 new mortgage. The rate, and term, was SIGNIFICANTLY better and he was able to save us hundreds per month (while knocking years off the existing loans).   Can I leave 6 stars please! Being self employed and getting a conventional mortgage can be quite difficult! These guys started helping me many years ago giving excellent, honest advice to improve my credit, then guided me through the steps necessary to obtain the loan amount I desired. Chad worked diligently to get my mortgage approved when other lenders would have given up! I cannot thank him enough for his patience and extensive knowledge! If someone else says no, call Chad! If there's a way he'll find it! Thank you for EVERYTHING!

Chad Fuller helped me get $20,000 home equity loan. I had my money available to spend in about two weeks. That is extremely fast for this kind of service.

  Came in and talked to Carl, the experience was great. CC's interest rates were on the higher side compared to local banks, but on par with other mortgage brokers.
