  This review is ridiculously overdue but I want to give my glowing regard for Juan Agustin Fleitas! I was a first time home buyer and Juan was there to answer EVERY SINGLE ANNOYING question I had and he did it patiently and promptly. And when he was busy he made sure his staff took care of me immediately. He made the process so smooth and easy. I cannot recommend Juan enough. This man is truly knowledgeable and his love of what he does is really demonstrated by the way he treats his clients. He made me feel like family. HIGHLY recommend!

  I’ve worked with Juan as my lender more than once and I’ve been happy with each experience. He even exceeded my expectations the second time around. Although I had been through this process once before, he supported us through and through. Any questions or concerns that arose, I was able to pick up the phone or send a quick text with a timely—sometimes immediate!—response from Juan. In the current market, this was especially invaluable.   I would not recommend working with Cross Country Mortgage, due to the fact that they don’t work with ALL of their clients to the best of their ability. Every client should receive the equal amount of time and attention. They shouldn’t not leave their clients questioning whether or not they are in good hands. Therefore, the standard of their work ethic is very poor and unprofessional. This matter shouldn’t be tolerated and they need to improve immediately. In the future, notifying/updating their clients should be a start to their improvement.

  Juan Agustin Fleitas is the best loan officer I have worked with. He went above and beyond to help with the house buying process. The market being as competitive as it was, we were able to get our offer accepted thanks to Juan.   The only reason I have selected 1 star is because the app doesn’t give me the option to select 0. The ‘services’ I received from cross country mortgage were beyond terrible. I can't stress enough how unprofessional their team was while working with my business partner and I; perhaps they assumed since my associate and I are young that they didn’t feel the need to work as hard or fast on completing our paperwork & processing our information. They have wasted a great deal of our time. Still, to this day, we haven't proceeded further in our application. On multiple occasions we have found ourselves reaching out to cross country mortgage numerous times for updates and other issues in the process. Not to mention; there was a time when we were at a complete standstill and yet not a single worker told us a thing for 2+ weeks, until we yet again had to reach out to them & find out that there were more sections that needed to be completed on our application; which was beyond upsetting. All I have to say is the way they handle business is completely unacceptable & something has to be done about it. Please rethink twice before you decide to work with cross country mortgage. Speaking from experience, they will give you the runaround & are willing tell you anything to make you believe them for a slice of the pie…. Have a great day thanks.

  It was my first time working with Juan , I just bought my second property and I had a lot of questions and concerns, I was very pleased that contacting Juan was very easy . Email, text , phone call he was always available and to me that is highly appreciated , I never felt like I was bothering him with all my questions . Providing documentation was easy and safe . I already recommended Juan to my friends and I will definitely work with him again on my future properties.

  Juan and his team are amazing to work with. He helped with buying and refinancing. They made everything smooth and simple. Explained every step carefully. When we heard he moved to Cross Country, we moved with him.
