  Absolute professionals. Buying a home can be quite an overwhelming experience. However, Larry and his team (Nicholas/ Zack/Kelsey) made the process much easier to navigate. Team Montani guided us through every step and were always available to answer all our questions. Gracias Larry !!

  Montani group in Holmdel is the worst company and most unprofessional individuals I have ever dealt with. They lie to hook you in. They tell you how much of a percent you need to put down and a week before closing tell you they can’t process loan unless you put an extra five percent down. Closing costs are expensive. They drag out loan process. Do not use this company. They don’t even deserve 1 star.
