  It was a pleasure working with Larry and his team at Cross Country Mortgage. They were great at explaining our options to us to save us money and continued to communicate with us every step of the way. Anytime I had questions, Larry and Zach and Nick were readily available via email and phone. They made the process very simple and stress-free!   Working with the Montani Team, and it is a true TEAM; will be an educational, professional, and rewarding experience. On day one, Larry explained to my wife and I how we were viewing the home buying process through the wrong lens. Armed with this information we were able to purchase a true "home." with all that we were looking for. The members of the team are always available and respond quickly with any issues and concerns. As with all home buying experiences there are highs and lows, however by being true "pros" the Montani team deals in solutions not problems. As an added "perk" Larry and his team will offer other opportunities to educate yourself on owning a home and all that it entails and provide you with little gifts throughout the process. You owe it to yourself to at least talk with Larry and his team when considering purchasing a home.

  When we started our home search we got preapproved by a big bank without even speaking to a human. We kept striking out, and finally took a suggestion to call Larry. Best decision ever! We finally felt like we were getting the education and personal attention we needed as first time buyers. Larry was so patient in answering all of our questions (even the ones we didnt know we should ask). He was always available and did a great job keeping the lines of communication open. And most importantly he got us into our dream house on a tight schedule and fought hard to get us the best rate he could! We truly could not have done it without his personal attention and dedication!

  We have been working with Larry for at least 12 years and every time he always seems to go above and beyond the needs of our family . The mortgage process can be complex, but Larry and his team take the time to break down each step so that the process easy and stress free! We have learned so much from Larry not only about the mortgage process but also about budgeting, personal Finances and saving for our future .   The mortgage (or refinance) process could be challenging. Lawrence (Larry) Montani and his team are experts in what they do and as such make it a very easy process. I have relied on Larry on at least 4 occasions to either finance or refinance a home purchase. My latest mortgage with CrossCountry Mortgage was a refinance that took less than 5 weeks to close. Larry (or his team) are always a phone call away in answering a question. I would highly recommend Larry Montani (and team) for your mortgage needs.

  Having purchased a home/refinanced three times we used Larry and his team two out of the three times. The middle time, when we did not use Larry, it was an absolute nightmare...ending with us sitting at a closing and learning the broker was less than ethical and did not fully disclose the terms to us. After that experience we will ONLY ever use Larry. He is kind, knowledgeable and really knows how to take a major life event that is super stressful down to something that is a breeze. Thank you Larry for all you have done for us! And if you are reading this because you are on the fence about using Larry and his team or another broker...think no more...you will not regret your decision to go with him!
