  I had come to Cross Country Mortgage after a fall out with another lender, I was down, unsure if I was going to be able to purchase a home. Then I was introduced to Chuck. Chuck is an experienced Sales Manager, and guided me through every little step and detail along the way. One thing I appreciated was Chuck's honesty. The type of guy who doesn't beat around the bush and tells it how it is. Chuck worked with me 1 on 1 to come up with a game plan, and all of my options. We weighed out all of the options and Chuck did everything possible to make sure my desires were met. Chuck also made sure to check in often and ensure I was doing everything that I needed to do to put myself in the best position to close. As a first time home buyer, his expertise was much needed. He made a scary process very comfortable. Not for nothing, but Chuck was able to get me a rate that was a whole percentage point lower than what my previous lender had offered. I couldn't have been happier to make the change. Chuck is ELITE! Highly recommend Chuck and his team at Cross Country Mortgage.

  We bought our first home and we couldn't have done it with out Chuck and the amazing team at CrossCountry. We have heard all the scary stories about buying a home. I can honestly say we did not experience any of that. We had all our questions and concerns answered so fast, Chuck just had a way to make us feel easy and taken care of. We couldn't be happier with our mortgage company and with the ease of buying our home. We couldn't recommend them enough, they will make your experience seamless!

  Chuck Simonds was amazing through the whole refinancing process. He made everything so easy and was always so quick to respond. Everything was handled electronically, which made the process smooth and fast. Chuck also got us a lower interest rate then our original loan officer. We are forever appreciative, and would absolutely recommend his services.

  Bill Driscoll and his team made our refi a breeze!! He provided several options, explained the pros and cons of each, and from there it was a cinch! Providing the necessary info was easy using the online tool and the rest was handled behind the scenes with little needed from us.   The entire team at Cross Country Mortgage, Bridgewater, MA made our first home purchase a seamless process! Being our first time going the through the process all you can think about are the horror stories you hear.
