  This the worst company of all mortgage company they sale you a dream and deliver the devastating news through text not a phone call. This company made me feel as if I was being discriminated against in this process. They had my loan for about 45 days to complete. The week of my closing I got a email from Emily saying my loan was approved with conditions. They gave me a set of conditions I completed them. Then they gave another set of conditions this went on for about 4 sets of conditions. Now mind you this is the week that I close. I faxed over all proofs of conditions they asked for. Now! The day before my closing I got a text that said the deal is dead. Not a phone call a text and this was after hours. Mind you I had been calling and texting all day cause now I'm getting worried the day before my closing. Now before we got to this point me and my husband had already signed approval papers twice after going to the underwriters. This is what I meant about selling you a dream. The branch manager assured me that everything's going to fine. But he's the one that texted me the last text saying the deal was dead name Vince Caicedo he's not to be trusted. I've heard they'll steal your money in closing too. Please stay away or just be careful doing business with this company I feel that they're prejudice. Jacksonville Florida on Hodges Blvd their location.

  If you have less 700 credit dont bother contacting this company they won't help you .they send all your information to a third party with out you asking for the help.they will mess your credit score even more just by checking. I told them my credit was low and they told me they can still help is not true they hurt my score and send my number and information to a Spanish speaking company with out me asking for the help.all they say in the radio is miss leading and not true.please if you interested in buying your home dont trust this company with your information.

  Do not believe in the information of the radio not everything is true, they deceive you and after waiting time they do not contact you, they do not return calls or they respond to emails, I do not really know what they earn with deceit and lies, they need to buy a house with serious people and able, for pity I learned it by losing money, and with this I hope no one else loses money.
