  Had two wonderful experiences with Chuck Motz, first on our initial home purchase, then again five years later for a 203K refi. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond both times we came in. I highly recommend him to anyone super nervous about the home buying process.

Chuck Motz is so knowledgeable, thorough, friendly and gets the job done. It's way better than my previous experiences with big chain banks.

  I have delt with this company for years and I do all of my lending and loans with them. They are very friendly and make the entire lending process simple and fast! If you are looking for help in obtaining a loan and have questions or just need advice don't hesitate to call them.   Would give no stars if I could. I'm not one to leave comments but I needed to in this case. The broker was extremely rude and very vague in what information he needed from me in order to get pre-qualified. TIf you want a headache deal with Polaris Home Funding.
