  We had passed on refinancing a few months ago but when the interest rates continued to go down, Julian Bustamante reached out to us, we went over the numbers and how much we would ultimately be saving in the long run and went for it. He was very professional but also made us feel comfortable. If we had a question, which we had several, we'd give him a call and he'd answer them or get back to us in a timely manner. We appreciated his concern for our good.

  Julian Bustamante was awesome!! It was a little crazy and different through the covid19 pandemic!! With everything going on Julian was always available to answer questions and was a always just a phone call or text away through my home buying process. I got a higher loan than other lenders offered me and at a lower rate. I'm thankful I got connected with Julian.
