  Entire organization needs to evolve. If you work a 9 to 5, the following services are a huge inconvenience: • Direct deposit - not at midnight on pay day. Your employer may send the finances, although, your hard earned money won't be available before 830am. Manual touches are required on the backend of the transmission to have your paycheck post. • Want to deposit cash because you are concerned about some purchases you did not account for? Well, it better be during branch hours or you'll have to deposit cash into the overnight depository dump clunk drawer. About 99% of banks have better hours and updated deposit system for after hours. • Fees - I won't even go into it. The reasons previously stated can cause many of them. This is circumstantial of course, maybe they honor the fees by applying a credit back as they are simply outdated. Think again! These credit unions are atrosish, egregious, a putrid institution to kindly put it.

  Employees are rude and very Unprofessional! Mess your accounts up and don't own up to their errors nor make right. Terrible Branch! 12/20/18 arrived at 4:22pm to make cash deposit ( Mttop Branch) AND THEY WERE CLOSED! Hours posted on door say open until 4:30pm and now unable to make necessary Payment thanks to these Employees who are paid to work until 4:30pm!!!!!

  I love being part of the credit union! Amazing! Vacation and Christmas club accounts! E banking! Excellent!

  It's a good place to bank. Their online is a little dated, but the big banks systems are loopy too.
