  easily the worst bank ive ever dealt with. can confirm ppp loan issues. this bank is trash and so is their customer service. theyll say "please contact us so we can resolve this issue" then you contact them and never hear back from them again. a high call volume is no excuse for the worst customer service i've experienced in my life. reply edit: ive been calling and emailing you every day for a month with no response.

  Can confirm that my PPP loan application has been sitting for 2 months and nobody's responding to emails. At this point I'm seeking to take action by filing a complaint with the BBB and pursuing legal action.

  Stay away from Cross River Bank. They bite more than they can chew. They are named as a lender on all documents, but refusing to help in any way, forwarding me to a "servicing" partner Kabbage/KServicing, who are dropping calls and not answering emails since January.

  When trying to do the ppp loan, I can't speak with anyone, I only get an automated that says you have to email them, but my emails aren't being answered. I would choose a different lender!
