      Best company I ever used for financing a truck. Their customer service has always been to notch when I needed to call, and have always been polite even when the staff was busy/overwhelmed. Would recommend to others and use them again.

      Awesome people. Had 2 loans from them and never had any problems. Only time they ever call is if you're late on payments and obviously if you're late they will call you lol. Getting ready to go back and try to get another loan.

      Very nice office and staff. I live around 35 minutes from hickory. Always call in to make my payment. Very friendly and super nice over the phone. Will def do business with this company again! Highly recommend.

      Terrible people. Rude every time we get on the phone with them. Don’t treat active duty soldiers with respect. My wife always gets in a fight with them every conversation. Go to the Morganton office they are very nice and treat you like a human being.

      I will never do business with them again they call my daughter at work instead of calling me over my account. Yall are the most disrespectful company i've ever done business with. This business sent out personal papers to my work instead of my home which should have been protocol for a financial company. I will make sure I tell as many people NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!!
