      The staff here are extremely helpful and very professional. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The credit union service centers are very convenient. They serve a wide variety of credit unions nationwide. The hours of operation are very convenient.

      I hate seeing even one negative review about this place so I am posting my own... I have been using this service center for YEARS and I have NEVER had a single problem. It's fast, it's easy, and it's local! (MECU members rejoice) and on top of it all, the staff has always been super friendly and even remembered me the next time. 6 STARS!

      THIS PLACE IS THE WORST!!! For 3 months they kept putting the wrong payment on the wrong account and today I spent 3 hours talking to TTCU credit union and OKCFC union trying to hash everything out!! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO KNOW ONE!! YOU PEOPLE NEED TRAINING!!!!

Our operating system allows us to see the most necessary information to complete a basic transaction, such as a loan payment. The credit union calls us immediately if we make a mistake on an account, especially with a loan. We're sorry your experience with us was unpleasant.
