      This bank is horrible. I hate that my credit union merged with them. They have horrible customer service. And they dont disclose things about your account that you should know until you have overdrafted

      I found management very standoffi.sh and rude. I opened the account anyway and the first time I attempt to go into my online account I can't get in and got locked out.a few years ago I was going to open a account I backed out because they were so rude. I am thinking it's just this branch. I'm probably going elsewhere even though it's a big hassle to switch direct deposit.

      It’s once in a blue moon when their atm actually works. I’ve been 3 nights in a row to deposit money and it’s still down and this isn’t the first time it’s happened.
