  After having a pretty sh**ty day(including closing my account at another bank)...I came here and ALL of the employees here are very nice and helpful. Customer service is A+++ They quickly opened a new account for me...were very informative ...and the account is free unlike other banks that charge for everything. I left this location knowing that I'm happy and comfortable with my new Credit Union. Best decision ever to switch over and I wish I did it a long time ago.

  The employees are very helpful and go the extra mile. I'm so happy we changed from a regular bank to this credit union. When I was going through a death close to me they answered all my questions & helped me through the process. Best decision we ever made.

  My 89 year old grandmother has been a member for over 30 years. The lack of respect and social skills the teller had yesterday was beyond me. This has been my second encounter with this person at this Pico Rivera branch. He was rude, disrespectful to my grandmother and myself. Instead of trying to help (our situation) he seemed annoyed and I felt a couple of other personal things. We left and went to another cu in El Monte, on Tyler and Concert, they were very apologetic, even though it was not their fault. I've taken it up with corporate. Hopefully something is done.

  The staff here are extremely kind and helpful! The only reason I will not give a 5 star review is because almost every time I come there is one, maybe two, people actually available. This makes every visit extremely inconvenient.

  I was originally a member of Pacific Community Credit Union but then they merged and now it is this and when they merged I asked will my account remain free checking and they said yes on the phone and then 4 months later I look at my statement online I see I've been charged $20 over the last 4 months for "rewards checking" ...so I called and they said yes...& that this was included in the fine print they sent out, but if you want TOTALLY free checking then you need to revert to Classic CHECKING...which they did for me over the phone... but it still cost me $20 ...they did not refund the fees they charge me unbeknownst to me...this disappointed me ...they could have at least met me halfway & offered a $10 refund given that I was not provided clear information on the phone when I asked if it would remain free checking... it was a little bit concealed...& who reads all the fine print they send you... unless you're a lawyer it's impossible..

As part of our commitment to serving Members in the best way possible, the decision was made to redesign our checking and debit card program to offer reward points and help combat the rising threat of identity theft. We apologize that at the time of your inquiry the complete details of this account were still being determined and information had not yet been released. Please know that CU SoCal Members always have a choice in which checking account they use. And while we did our best to communicate the change and its monthly fee for months leading up to the conversion in our branches and through email, direct mail, website, Online Banking, and provided multiple options for Members to opt-out of the account prior to the conversion, we sincerely apologize that you were surprised by the change. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we are glad to reverse the fees associated with your Rewards Checking account. If you can please call 866.287.6225 Monday-Friday 9 a.m.-6 p.m. and ask to speak with our Pico Branch Manager, she would be glad to assist you.

  Service is always the best other banks are not as pleasant and willing to help. They are fast but very polite courteous and answer all my questions I recommend them to my company and the employees are very happy
